Refunds

Fourteen days from the day you buy, no questions asked. Email support@weekndlabs.com and say you want a refund. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask for one.

What happens

Bubo Pro is sold through Paddle, who are the merchant of record. That means Paddle takes the payment, handles the tax, and issues the refund back to the card or account you paid with. We tell them to refund; they move the money. How long it takes to appear on your statement is your bank's business, and it is usually a few working days.

Your license key stops being valid when the refund goes through, and Bubo goes back to Personal. Personal is free and stays free, so the app keeps working.

After fourteen days

Write to us anyway. If Bubo is broken on your Mac and we cannot fix it, we would rather give you your money back than keep it. Paddle can also refund on its own terms as the seller of record, whatever this page says.

Before you buy

Bubo is free to download and use on the Personal plan, with no account and no time limit. Pro adds a license key for up to three of your own Macs and updates for this major version. Try Personal first if you are unsure: it costs nothing and it is the same app.
